Sudan-linked supply · Established 2005

Deep origin relationships. Clear UK supply.

We have worked in Sudanese gum arabic since 2005, building direct relationships across the producer, processor and export network. Today we supply documented Acacia senegal powder and cleaned crystals to UK businesses in commercial 25 kg packs, pallets and tonne lots.

01Our business

Built around Sudanese gum arabic since 2005.

Our experience begins at origin. Over more than two decades, we have developed working relationships with established producers, processors, traders and exporters across Sudan’s gum belt. That continuity gives us a practical understanding of Hashab gum, seasonal supply, cleaning, grading, documentation and export.

Our range is deliberately focused on single-origin Sudanese Acacia senegal: mechanically milled powder in sealed 25 kg pails and cleaned crystals in sealed 25 kg bags. We serve manufacturers and procurement teams with a defined product, a traceable batch and an intelligible approval pack.

02At origin

Connected to the people and institutions behind the trade.

Sudan is the world’s leading origin for natural gum arabic. In September 2024, the EU Delegation to Sudan estimated that acacia trees in the country provided 80% of global supply—a position built on the knowledge of farmers and trading communities across the gum belt.

Our Sudan network includes established, high-volume producers, processors and exporters operating across the sector represented by Sudan’s Gum Arabic Council—also translated in official English-language sources as the Gum Arabic Board, or GAB—and Gum Arabic Producers Associations. These links help us remain close to crop conditions, quality expectations, preparation and export rather than buying anonymous multi-origin material through a long chain of intermediaries.
